How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order and submit a refund request, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
3. Alternatively, contact us at the email address listed on our site and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.
